Peach Cobbler!

Summer is here! I am so happy to share with you this yummy & easy peach cobbler. I was inspired to blog and share with you this recipe from my dear friend Spencer. She made an incredible Blueberry Cobbler the other weekend and I found myself inspired. :)

I have three different kinds of peach trees on the farm, and wanted to make my first of many cobblers with those beauties. What is your favorite fruit?

I personally made my cobbler in a cast iron, but a deep baking dish would work perfectly as well. :)
